I am at my most creative when I surround myself with color and texture.  I constantly challenge the ordinary and while I have been trained in the classical style, I love to mix color, patterns and texture to bring a fresh take on the traditional. As a designer I am exposed to beautiful, fun and many one-of-a-kind pieces of art, textiles and furniture, whether it is a line of rugs, a fabulous lamp or the perfect tote or tunic at a reasonable price. When I opened my office here in Old Lyme, Connecticut, I knew I wanted to create a space where I could share these fabulous finds and give my clients the opportunity to experiment and test the boundaries of their own style in a relaxed and unhurried environment. Some items are simply fun finds from my favorite suppliers of tunics, jewelry, throws and fabrics with a clear nod to my personal style. Others are stunning antique or repurposed pieces that I could not pass-by, like the two antique Hungarian baby baths that I couldn't resist and which now act as perfect party coolers.  This is my working space where I have developed inspirational vignettes; some that reflect the style of my clients, others are a very personal take on the things that I love to surround myself with.
